Members of the Rotary Club of Ashburn delivered over 300 pounds of school supplies to the Inova Loudoun Mobile Hope Bus office at Inova Loudoun Hospital last week.  Backpacks, notebooks, and other basic school supplies along with hygiene products were among the items donated by members of the Ashburn Community.

Justina Dee, Ashburn Rotary Service Committee Chair said, “We’d like to thank our neighbors and local business leaders who took the time and effort to donate supplies for this worthwhile cause.”  She also noted that, “Mobile Hope is regularly contacted by school officials on behalf of at risk kids for help, and it’s good to know that there will be an inventory of needed supplies when those calls are placed.”

The Mobile Hope Bus serves Loudoun’s homeless youth by providing food, clothes, hygiene products, school supplies, and medical care.
