By now you can probably rattle off at least 4 or 5 of the 10...11...things we do. What's the common theme with all our events? They are fun and provide fellowship opportunities!
The next opportunity to get involved is by going to Ashburn Pub this Tuesday the 28th at 7pm for our Trivia Night. Yes, you are able to get involved by simply going to a local watering hole and playing trivia with your friends all while getting free hugs at the door.
I am so proud to be a member of this club with all you fine people and I sincerely thank you for all you do. See you Tuesday night and then Thursday for lunch!
Join us for Trivia Night Tuesday, March 28th, 7:30pm at the Ashburn Pub. This is an excellent way to support your club through a little fun and fellowship. For further information on the great event, contact Angela Koczan at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Rotary Club of Ashburn's BOD authorized the use of $400 of club funds to help with two fantastic service projects with Steuart Weller Elementary:
Book Drive: From the $400, $150 will be given as credits towards several SW students to be used to purchase books during the school’s upcoming book drive, which begins on Monday March 13. Several of the afore-mentioned “high opportunity” families will have students that benefit from these funds.
Spring Break Mini-Food Drive: The remaining $250 of earmarked funds will go towards purchasing meals for SW students and families, who rely heavily on the school’s free and reduced meal program. The meals will feed these families during the school’s upcoming spring break period.
If you would like to help with either of these great projects, please contact Susan Mullen.
We are serving 208 children this month and will deliver 6,389 diapers to needy children. We have given 29,469 diapers away since the start of the Rotary fiscal year July 1, 2016. We have already initiated discussion with My Pham, Tams Baer and the Rotary Club’s partners at Giant Stores regarding another Diaper Bank; tentatively scheduled for late summer/early Fall 2017.
